Aphids on cabbage

190 g / 100 litre water

Apply 600 ml of the Confidor suspension per polystyrene seedling tray as a drench over the plants not more than 24 hours prior to transplanting.
Aphids on citrus

4.5 g / Tree

Soil drench: Excluding Kumquat; Bearing trees up to 15 years old - For trees older than 15 years please refer to Notes in 'Directions for use'. Apply during August/September at green tip to white bud growth stage of the trees. Mix the required quantity in 1 litre of water and apply around the base of the trunk with a jug. Irrigate within 24 hours after application. When used on lemon trees, apply only after removal of all fruit (including immature fruit). In lemons control can only be expected on the first fruitset after application.

When Confidor 70 WG is mixed with Nemacur 400 EC, the Confidor 70 WG dosage can be reduced to 3,0 ml/100 m row length. Warning: When the above mentioned mixtures are applied the application should be in such a manner that the tubers are not covered by the spray mixture containing Confidor 70 WG. Apply in the open furrow before planting of the tubers.
Aphids on potatoes

2.25 g / 100m row

Spray the Confidor 70 WG mixture in the planting furrow from ridge-tip to ridge-tip before planting of the tubers. Use an 8006 or 8008 flat fan nozzle and apply in 3 to 4 l water/100 m furrow length. The application may also be made, after planting but before emergence, over the row. Irrigate immediately afterwards with ±15 mm water. Confidor 70 WG may also be used in a tank mixture with Nemacur 400 EC (see Nemacur 400 EC label) or Monceren 250 SC (see Monceren 250 SC label) or with both for the simultaneous control of aphids, Rhizoctonia and nematodes.

For 4-6 weeks control. Apply as a soil drench in spring or at the first signs of infestation. Mix 2,5 g Confidor 70 WG with 10 l water and apply 1 l of this mixture on the soil around the base of the stem of each plant. Irrigate within 24 hours after application.

Nymphs - SOIL DRENCH: Apply as a soil drench 1 day after transplanting. Mix 5 g Confidor 70 WG with 20 l water and apply 100 ml of this mixture to the soil around the base of the stem of each plant. Irrigate within 24 hours after application. Repeat application 28 days later. For use on tomatoes in enclosed areas e.g. glass-houses, tunnels, etc. only.
Woolly aphid on apples

1.5 g / Tree

SOIL APPLICATION: Trees 7-15 years old: Apply within 3 weeks after flowering. Apply the Confidor 70 WG in 1 l of water to the soil directly around the base of the tree trunk. The application area should be free of weeds and mulch. Irrigate within 24 hours after application. Will also suppress woolly aphid on the roots.

SOIL APPLICATION: Trees up to 6 years old: Non-flowering trees: apply in September. Flowering trees: apply within 3 weeks after flowering.
